About Kathy Kane
Understanding from experience
With a 30-year international career in health in the UK, US and NZ, as well as experience in consulting and executive search, I have developed expertise in organisational culture and transformation, coaching, leadership development, mentoring, business development and operational excellence.
I have worked as a senior executive in large, complex organisations in both the US and the UK, including six years as Director of Modernisation at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, an organisation with over 10,000 staff. I have consulted in the public and private sectors internationally and for nearly five years, led the NZ practice of Jo Fisher Executive Search.
My senior executive experience has provided me with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of work environments where flexibility, agility, resilience and self-belief are vital.
Over the last few years, I have brought all of my experience together as an Executive Coach to create a safe place for discussion, reflection and support in helping executives achieve their goals.
Support through challenge and change
As an executive in a complex, rapidly changing environment, challenges abound and it often feels like they are coming from every direction.
My goal is to work in partnership with my clients to create a safe and trusted place that allows for honest reflection and ‘real’ conversations to occur. Serving as a sounding board when something needs to be thought through or providing motivation and support when change is needed – particularly in one’s self.
You don’t have to go it alone.
